Turn and (Re)turn
november 21-23, 2024 | university of virginia
Presented at the UVA Department of Drama’s Fall Dance Concert, Turn and (Re)turn explores memory, identity, and community through a collaborative process shaped by childhood photographs and personal movement vocabularies. Featuring UVA students alongside community members, the choreography reflects both individual expression and shared connection. Each performer’s presence is essential, making the piece a true embodiment of collective experience.
